A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to remove a described area from the corporate limits of the town of maggie valley.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The corporate limits of the Town of Maggie Valley are reduced by removing a tract of approximately 3.452 acres, consisting of that property with PIN 86‑7‑21‑1032, located at 382 Clearview Drive, Waynesville, North Carolina.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective June 30, 2014.
