A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO SUSPEND THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERMITTING THE FURTHER CONSIDERATION, FILING AND ADOPTION OF CONFERENCE REPORTS ON APPROPRIATION BILLS AND ON HOUSE BILL NO. 1059 (2010 REGULAR SESSION).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING THEREIN, That the Joint Rules of the House and the Senate, including all the deadlines and other provisions imposed by Joint Rule No. 40, are suspended for the purpose of permitting the further consideration, filing and adoption of conference reports on appropriation bills that were in conference on March 24, 2010, and on House Bill No. 1059 (2010 Regular Session) after the deadlines for those actions in Joint Rule No. 40.
