AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY TO THE INTERFAITH COMPASSION MINISTRIES HOMELESS SHELTER PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The Board of Supervisors of Lafayette County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) annually from any available funds of the county, to the Interfaith Compassion Ministries Homeless Shelter programs and facilities.
(2) This section shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2015.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after October 1, 2011.
