Senate Bill 3060

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE MULTI-COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute an amount not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) in any fiscal year, out of any available funds of the county, to the Multi-County Community Service Agency, operating various programs in and for Lauderdale County.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
