AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE KINGS HEAD START CENTER AND THE CEDARS HEAD START CENTER LOCATED IN THE CITY OF VICKSBURG; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute during calendar year 2018 not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), out of any available funds of the city, to the Kings Head Start Center and the Cedars Head Start Center located in the City of Vicksburg.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
