AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 366 WITHIN TISHOMINGO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "ROGER D. MOORE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  That segment of Mississippi Highway 366 within Tishomingo County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Mississippi 25 in the Town of Belmont and extending to North Patterson Street in the Town of Golden shall be known and designated as "Roger D. Moore Memorial Highway."

     (2)  The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the highway.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2011.
