AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO AND PROVIDE IN-KIND SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE TO THE TATE CEMETERY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute funds to, and provide in-kind services for maintenance to the Tate Cemetery through fiscal year 2017.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
