AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF COAHOMA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO DONATE A PORTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF COAHOMA COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING THE COLLEGE'S ALLIED HEALTH CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Coahoma County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered in its discretion, to donate the following described real property to the Board of Trustees of the Coahoma Community College for the purpose of expanding the college's Allied Health Center:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 27 North, Range 3 West, Coahoma County, Mississippi; thence
South 90 degrees 00 minutes East 1091.43 feet to a point; thence
South 00 degrees 00 minutes East 1404.52 feet to the Point of Beginning
South 00 degrees 00 minutes East 208.38 feet to an iron; thence
South 88 degrees 58 minutes West 1404.52 feet to an iron; thence
North 03 degrees 18 minutes East 215.68 feet to an iron; thence
South 89 degrees 14 minutes East 214.58 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 1.1 acres, more or less, and all in the Southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 27 North, Range 3 West, Coahoma County, Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
