Senate Bill 2673

AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 528 IN JASPER COUNTY AS THE WILL DANZLER MEMORIAL HIGHWAY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 528 extending easterly from U.S. Interstate 59 to its intersection with U.S. Highway 11 is designated and shall be known as the Will Danzler Memorial Highway.

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs approaching and along this segment of Mississippi Highway 528.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
