AN ACT TO REQUIRE SIGNAGE FOR THE BEREAN CHILDREN'S HOME ON U.S. ROUTE 84 IN LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION WITH MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 583; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs at the eastbound and westbound lanes of U.S. Route 84 in Lincoln County, Mississippi, approaching the intersection with Mississippi Highway 583, to indicate the location of the Berean Children's Home.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2025.
