AN ACT TO REQUIRE CONTRACTS TO BE WRITTEN IN LARGE PRINT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. All contracts shall be written in a font of at least ten (10) point. Any portion of a contract which is written in a font of less than ten (10) point shall be deemed unenforceable in the courts of this state.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2010.
