House Bill 931

AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO MAINTAIN A DRIVER'S LICENSE STATION OR DRIVER'S LICENSE KIOSK IN EVERY COUNTY IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Department of Public Safety shall maintain a Driver's License Station or driver's license kiosk in every county of the State of Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2013.
