House Bill 842

AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 77-3-111, 77-3-113, 77-3-115, 77-3-117, 77-3-119, 77-3-121, 77-3-123, 77-3-125, 77-3-127 AND 77-3-129, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES THE MISSISSIPPI PUBLIC UTILITY RATE MITIGATION AND REDUCTION ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Sections 77-3-111, 77-3-113, 77-3-115, 77-3-117, 77-3-119, 77-3-121, 77-3-123, 77-3-125, 77-3-127 and 77-3-129, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the Mississippi Public Utility Rate Mitigation and Reduction Act, are repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
