House Bill 73

AN ACT TO REQUIRE ANY GRADED BENEFITS INSURANCE POLICY TO INDICATE THE AGE GRADES WHERE THE POLICY CHANGES IN BOLD PRINT AND LARGER FONT SIZE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Any graded benefits insurance policy written for issuance in this state after July 1, 2013, shall indicate the age grades where the policy changes in bold print and larger font size on the written policy in a manner as prescribed by the Department of Insurance.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2013.
