AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 37-29-211 THROUGH 37-29-217, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REQUIRE JUNIOR COLLEGE INSTRUCTORS, PROFESSORS AND OTHER TEACHERS TO FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT OF MEMBERSHIP IN ASSOCIATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Sections 37-29-211, 37-29-213, 37-29-215 and 37-29-217, Mississippi Code of 1972, which require junior college instructors, professors and other teachers to fill out an affidavit of membership in associations and organizations, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
