AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 73-3-403, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE REPEAL OF THE MISSISSIPPI BAR AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO REGULATION OF FEES AND DISCIPLINARY JURISDICTION OF ATTORNEYS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 73-3-403, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the repeal of The Mississippi Bar and procedures related to the regulation of fees and disciplinary jurisdiction of attorneys, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2014.
