House Bill 379

AN ACT TO REQUIRE THAT ALL PATROL VEHICLES IN USE BY THE MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY SAFETY PATROL MUST INCLUDE A REAR PARTITION TRANSPORT CAGE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. All patrol vehicles in use by the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol must include a rear partition transport cage.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2019.
