AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI PREVENTION SERVICES, INC., MISSISSIPPI FOOD NETWORK, TRIUMPH MINISTRIES, INC., VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, WARREN, WASHINGTON, ISSAQUENA, SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, WE CARE SERVICES, INC., AND WOMEN'S RESTORATION SHELTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute funds, during fiscal year 2016, to the following organizations in amounts not to exceed as follows:

Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc.... $ 2,250.00

Mississippi Food Network........................ $ 1,800.00

Triumph Ministries, Inc......................... $22,500.00

Vicksburg Family Development Service............ $ 9,000.00

Warren, Washington, Issaquena, Sharkey Community

Action Agency.............................. $13,500.00

We Care Community Services, Inc................. $11,250.00

Women's Restoration Shelter..................... $ 9,000.00

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
