AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE SANCTUARY HOSPICE HOUSE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Lee County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute annually an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the Sanctuary Hospice House.

     (2)  The provisions of this section shall be repealed on July 1, 2014.
     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
