House Bill 1474

AN ACT TO REQUIRE CONTRACTS TO BE WRITTEN IN LARGE PRINT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  All contracts shall be written in a font of at least ten (10) point.  Any portion of a contract which is written in a font of less than ten (10) point shall be unenforceable.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2016.
