AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 5, CHAPTER LAW 512, LAWS OF 2014, TO EXTEND THE DATE OF REPEAL ON THE PROVISION OF LAW REQUIRING TRANSFER OF ALL FUNDS FROM THE DRUG COURT FUND TO THE IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 5, Chapter Law 512, Laws of 2014, is amended as follows:

     Section 5.  The State Fiscal Officer shall transfer all of the funds that are deposited into the Ignition Interlock Device Fund during fiscal year 2015 into the Drug Court Fund.  This section shall stand repealed on July 1, * * *  20152018.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
