House Bill 1203

AN ACT TO ALLOW THE MISSISSIPPI WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO THE MISSISSIPPI BAR FOUNDATION REGARDING POTENTIAL KIDS' CHANCE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission may disclose information to the Mississippi Bar Foundation regarding potential Kids' Chance scholarship applicants.  Such disclosure shall be limited to the information necessary to assist the Mississippi Bar Foundation in identifying potential applicants.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
