     AMEND on lines 108 through 112 by deleting the following language:

, which are incurred as part of a campaign activity and operation to ensure that deaf and hearing-impaired citizens are fully participating, volunteering, and/or otherwise maintaining a position with the campaign committee

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting the following after line 116 and renumber subsequent subsections accordingly:

          (h)  Costs associated with memberships to chambers of commerce and civic organizations;
