     AMEND by inserting the following after line 154 and renumber subsequent sections accordingly:

     SECTION *.  Section 57-89-1, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

     57-89-1.  The provisions of this chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Max Bialystock Mississippi Motion Picture Incentive Act."

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
