     AMEND by striking the following on line 51:

Except as otherwise provided in this subsection,

     FURTHER, AMEND by striking the language beginning after the period on line 53 and continuing through line 59 and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

A radiologist assistant may notify health care providers treating the patient that the ordered imaging procedures have been completed.  A radiologist assistant may only communicate his or her initial observations to the radiologist.  A radiologist assistant may communicate the radiologist�s final or preliminary interpretation to other health care providers.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
