     AMEND by inserting the following after line 440:

     This paragraph (r) shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2023.

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 567:

     Paragraph (x) of this subsection shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2023.

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 716:

     [Through June 30, 2023, this subsection (11) shall read as follows:]

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 719:

     [From and after July 1, 2023, this subsection (11) shall read as follows:]

     (11)  This section shall not apply to alcoholic beverages authorized to be sold by the holder of a distillery retailer's permit.

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 1113:

     [Through June 30, 2023, this paragraph (c) shall read as follows:]

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 1116:

     [From and after July 1, 2023, this paragraph (c) shall read as follows:]

          (c)  A distiller, wine manufacturer, rectifier, blender or bottler may have a financial interest in and possess a distillery retailer's permit.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
