AMEND on line 93 by inserting the following language after the word "services": ", excluding proton therapy services"
AMEND FURTHER on line 125 by inserting the following language after the word "purposes": "or the provision of proton therapy services"
AMEND FURTHER on line 1316 by inserting the following language before the word "which": "in existence as of the effective date of this act,"
AMEND FURTHER by deleting lines 1355 through 1363 in their entirety.
AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting all of the language beginning after the semicolon on line 26 through the semicolon on line 30 and substituting in lieu thereof the following language: "TO AUTHORIZE THE ACQUISITION OF MAJOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT USED FOR THE PROVISION OF PROTON THERAPY SERVICES WITHOUT HAVING TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF NEED;"
