AMENDMENT NO 2 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

Senate Bill No. 2453

 

BY: Representative Faulkner

 

     AMEND on line 12 by inserting the following language after the period:  "(1)".

     AMEND further on line 35 by inserting the following before the word "Notwithstanding":  "(2)".

     AMEND further by inserting the following language after line 42:  "This subsection (2) shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2026."

     AMEND further by inserting the following language after line 93:  "This section shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2026."
