AMENDMENT NO 1 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

Cmte Sub for Senate Bill No. 2145

 

BY: Senator(s) Parker

 

     AMEND on line 93 by striking the word "may" and inserting "shall" in lieu thereof.

     FURTHER, AMEND after line 96 by inserting the following language as new subsection (b) and re-lettering subsequent paragraphs accordingly.

          (b)  Sell or ship wine that is contracted through Mississippi distributors, wholesalers, brokers or solicitors;

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
