     AMEND on lines 170 and 171 by deleting the following language:  ", and shall stand repealed on July 1, 2021"

     AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting line 5 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  "2013, TO DELETE THE REPEALER ON THOSE SECTIONS;"
