House Concurrent Resolution No.   47

 

BY: Senator(s) Simmons (12th)

 

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 60:

     Amend the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 by creating a new section to read as follows:

     "Section ___.  To have access to affordable health care."

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 68 by inserting before the period the following:

, and provides the right to have access to affordable health care

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
