     AMEND on line 21 after the word embezzlement by inserting the following words:  ", sexual battery, human trafficking".

     AMEND further on line 35 after the word "vote" by inserting the following language:  ", and adds sexual battery and human trafficking as disenfranchising crimes".

     AMEND further the title to conform.
