     AMEND on line 75 by inserting the following after the period:

No hazardous waste that is generated outside of the State of Mississippi's geographic boundaries shall be disposed of by use of hazardous waste underground injection wells located within the geographic boundaries of the State of Mississippi.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
