AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

Cmte Sub for House Bill No.  938

 

BY: Representatives Baker, Read

 

     AMEND by deleting lines 56 through 59 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"and for which no state matching funds from the State General Fund are required, expended or used.

          (c)  Vehicles of the Department of Child Protection Services.

          (d)  Training vehicles of the State Fire Academy.

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 5 by inserting the following after the word "SERVICES": "AND TRAINING VEHICLES OF THE STATE FIRE ACADEMY"
