AMEND on lines 127-128 by deleting the language "no earlier than twelve (12) months from the beginning date of the plan" and inserting the language "not more than twelve (12) months after notification by the division or such longer period of time as may be allowed under federal law or regulation"
AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 8-10 by deleting the language "NO EARLIER THAN TWELVE MONTHS FROM THE BEGINNING DATE OF THE PLAN" and inserting the language "NOT MORE THAN TWELVE MONTHS AFTER NOTIFICATION BY THE DIVISION OR SUCH LONGER PERIOD OF TIME AS MAY BE ALLOWED UNDER FEDERAL LAW OR REGULATION"
