     AMEND on line 62 by deleting "A county" and by inserting in lieu thereof:  Any board of supervisors of a county or governing authority of any municipality

     AMEND on line 63 by adding the following before the word employee:  or municipal

     AMEND on line 65 by inserting the following after the word county:  or municipal

     AMEND on line 67 by adding the following after the word county's:  or municipality's

     AMEND on line 68 by adding the following before the word medical:  or municipal

     AMEND the title to conform
