Amend after line 281, by inserting the following:
(8) Of the state and local taxes collected under this section from the sale of products by marketplace sellers, which are facilitated by a marketplace facilitator, the Commissioner of Revenue shall annually deposit no less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) but not more than Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) into the Ayers Endowment Trust created within the Working Cash�Stabilization Reserve Fund in the State Treasury. The funds deposited therein shall then be appropriated by the Legislature to the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning for the benefit of Jackson State University, Alcorn State University and Mississippi Valley State University, with one-third (1/3) of the amount of the interest and income earned being allocated for the benefit of each of those universities. The money allotted for each university shall be used for continuing educational enhancement and racial diversity, including recruitment of white students and scholarships for white applicants as specified in Section 37-101-27.
Amend further, the title to conform.
