AMENDMENT NO 1 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

House Bill No.  359

 

BY: Senator(s) Blount, Horhn

 

     AMEND by deleting the language beginning with the word "or" on line 10 through the period on line 14.

     FURTHER, AMEND by deleting subsection (2) on lines 15 through 23 and renumbering accordingly.

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 25 by inserting the following:

     The utility may consider the customer's ability to pay the full amount owed on the account.

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 38 by deleting the words "low-income"

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
