     AMEND by inserting before the period on line 24 the following:

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 26 by deleting the following:

, and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2020

     FURTHER, AMEND the title on line 7 before the semicolon by adding ",AND PREVAILS"
