Amend by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute funds, during fiscal year 2018, to the following organizations in amounts not to exceed the following:
Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc... $ 1,125.00
Triumph Ministries, Inc........................ $ 11,250.00
Vicksburg Family Development Service, Inc...... $ 4,500.00
Warren, Washington, Issaquena, Sharkey
Community Action Agency, Inc.............. $ 6,750.00
Women's Restoration Shelter of
Mountain Faith Ministries................. $ 4,500.00
We Care Communities, Inc....................... $ 5,625.00
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
Further, amend by striking the title in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI PREVENTION SERVICES, INC.; TRIUMPH MINISTRIES, INC.; VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC.; WARREN, WASHINGTON, ISSAQUENA, SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC.; WOMEN'S RESTORATION SHELTER OF MOUNTAIN FAITH MINISTRIES; AND WE CARE COMMUNITIES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
