House Bill No. 1665

     AMEND by striking lines 41 through 42.

     FURTHER, AMEND by replacing "district" with "municipality" on lines 40, 49 and 52.

     FURTHER, AMEND by striking "Capitol Complex Improvement District Project Fund created in Section 29-5-215, Mississippi Code of 1972" on lines 176 through 178 and 189 through 191 and inserting in lieu thereof "the fund defined in Section 27-65-241(5)(b)".

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
