AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

House Bill No. 1504

 

BY: Representative Holland

 

     AMEND by inserting the following new Section 4 after line 72 and renumbering the succeeding sections:

     "SECTION 4.  Of the funds appropriated in Section 1 of this act, not less than Four Million One Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-four Dollars ($4,199,754.00) shall be allocated for the Personal Incentive Grant Program."
