House Bill No. 1503

     AMEND line 10:

Strike $2,748,963 and substitute $4,248,963

     FURTHER AMEND by inserting the following after line 10:

     In accordance with the requirements of Joint Rule 20A, $1,500,000 of the amount appropriated in Section 1 shall be transferred from the Rainy Day Fund.
