AMENDMENT NO 3 PROPOSED TO

 

Cmte Sub for House Bill No. 1471

 

BY: Representative Barton

 

     AMEND by deleting the following language after line 35 but before line 36:  "The one percent (1%) tax authorized by this subsection shall increase to two percent (2%) from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019, and shall return to the one percent (1%) tax authorized herein."

     Amend further by deleting the following language on line 29:  "Except as otherwise provided in this subsection,"
