AMENDMENT NO 1 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

House Bill No. 1224

     AMEND by striking Section 1 in its entirety and renumbering subsequent sections.

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 84 and 156 by adding "shall" after "words" and by adding an "s" to "meaning".

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 104 through 105 and lines 116 through 117 by deleting "Department of Information Technology Services" and inserting in lieu thereof "Office of the Attorney General".

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 153 through 154 by deleting subsection (4).

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 235 through 236 by deleting subsection (6).

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 238 through 239 by deleting the following:

, and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2026

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
