     AMEND by inserting the following new language after the period on line 56:

Upon written request of the Attorney General, the Department of Finance and Administration shall escalate the Attorney General's budget up to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) from monies paid to the state during fiscal year 2018 as part of the settlement of a lawsuit by the State of Mississippi in which the Attorney General was involved.
