AN ACT

To amend chapter 217, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to pay increases for noncustody employees of certain divisions of the department of corrections.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 217, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 217.102, to read as follows:

            217.102. Subject to appropriations there shall be:

            (1) A two percent pay increase for all noncustody employees of the division of adult institutions, the division of offender rehabilitation services, and the division of human services within the department of corrections beginning July 1, 2012;

            (2) A two percent pay increase for all noncustody employees of the division of adult institutions, the division of offender rehabilitation services, and the division of human services within the department of corrections beginning July 1, 2013; and

            (3) A two percent pay increase for all noncustody employees of the division of adult institutions, the division of offender rehabilitation services, and the division of human services within the department of corrections beginning July 1, 2014.
