AN ACT
To amend chapter 141, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to political subdivisions.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 141, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 141.1020, to read as follows:
141.1020. Fifty cents for every zoning or tax incrementing financing application submitted in a home rule city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county shall be added and used for land banking in a home rule city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county as provided in sections 141.980 to 141.1015.
