AN ACT

To amend chapter 167, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to Title I services for students.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 167, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 167.770, to read as follows: 

            167.770. Notwithstanding any other law, if a school district offers services to students under Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, the district shall offer the same services to students who would be eligible for such services if not for the student's family income level.
