AN ACT

To amend chapter 34, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to state printing.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 34, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 34.178, to read as follows:

            34.178. Notwithstanding any provision of sections 34.170 to 34.192 to the contrary, all printing done by any department, agency, institution, or entity of the state performed internally shall use the Garamond font if practicable.
